How can you
provide such high quality garments at such
low prices?
We go to extended lengths to find the best
value for our customers. We source directly
to the manufacturers from Huddersfield, UK
to Heilongjiang, China for quality fabric at
great prices. Also, our operation team is
experienced in cost and internal control
management to ensure cost and quality is
immaculately maintained. Additionally, all
our garments are manufactured by our local
tailors with over 30 years of experience in custom suits
or by our Shanghainese tailors with over 20
years of experience.
How long do I
have to wait to get my suits/shirts?
Wait time is 4 to 6 weeks for pick-up at our
stores.
If I dont live in Toronto and I want to
purchase your product, what should I do?
Ideally, each individual customer should be
fitted by our in-house tailors. However, for
the customers for which this is not an
option, an alternative would be to send us a
suit or shirt that currently provides the
best fit. Using this as a reference, we will
be able to create a custom-fit suit. The
finished product can be mailed to your home
outside the Toronto area.1
What if my
suit doesnt fit?
When a custom suit is ready, customers are
recommended to try it on at our store
location to ensure proper fit. We have two store
locations. One locates at 4675 Steeles Ave. E
and one at 161 Bay St, downtown
Toronto.
The simplest method to deal with an improper
fit is to bring the suit back to our store
location, and we will correct the error
appropriately.
